How did all these hippies become federal judges?

First Anna Diggs Taylor, now the Bush 41-appointed Vaughn Walker rules that FISA is the exclusive means by which electronic surveillance can be conducted, and the president's Article II powers don't include violating it.I was under the impression that only very unserious people considered warrantless surveillance of Americans illegal.

While it's good to get more confirmation that the Bush administration has been a fundamentally criminal enterprise, I've given up expecting any day of reckoning. Bygones.
